Health Alert plc is an international biopharmaceutical company focused on improving patients’ lives by identifying, developing, and commercializing meaningful products that address unmet medical needs.


We have a diverse portfolio of products and product candidates, with a focus in areas that need much attention medically. We also support commercial products in other therapeutic areas where we can meaningfully address serious medical needs.

We have a diverse portfolio of products in our therapeutic areas of focus   i.e.   We have range of products from sleep and haematology/oncology. We also support commercial products in therapeutic areas where we can meaningfully address serious medical needs.  Our products are reaching patients in two countries currently and we are looking forward to expand and create a conducive environment for our patients.

At Health Alert, we strive to identify and develop new, meaningful l products that fill significant unmet medical needs of patients. We are actively expanding global R&D capabilities and advancing our clinical pipeline in therapeutic areas that leverage our expertise.

Our research and development program currently includes clinical development programs in the areas of sleep and hematology/oncology for new product candidates, line extensions for existing products and the generation of additional clinical data for existing products.

Our leadership team has a proven track record of successfully developing and commercializing therapeutics and creating patient programs that result in better patient care. At the same time, they’ve demonstrated their ability to drive shareholder value and built Health Alert Pharmaceuticals into an employer of choice.
